MCS is your one-stop shop for remote patient monitoring. Our ecosystem of connected health devices makes it easy for patients to better manage their health and keeps providers in-touch and informed. Backed by our monitoring care center, we are your virtual care partner to bring healthcare home.
Educating and Enrolling Patients
Partners may refer patients on an a single order or batch basis for outreach and education. Once patients are authorized and consent to the program, onboarding is completed and devices are delivered for immediate use.
Driving Adherence & Outreach
Our Monitoring Team uses a text-based reminder program to drive patient engagement and compliance. If a patient is falling behind with readings, has a device issue or breaches a measurement threshold, the MCS Monitoring Team is your first line of support. We eliminate the noise by resolving technical issues, verifying readings and providing ongoing support.
